Several Steps to Help You Resolve Msacm32 Dll Errors on Your PC
Monday, May 24th, 2010
Msacm32.dll is a (Microsoft Audio Compression Manager) file that Windows uses to read various compressed music & audio programs. Not many people realize this, but there’s an issue in that many computers end up getting a large number of errors from this msacm32.dll file, which you need to be able to fix if your computer is going to run as smoothly and reliably as possible.
The typical errors that appear thanks to Msacm32.dll include:
“Msacm32.dll is missing on this system”"Msacm32.dll was not found on this system”"Application failed to start because msacm32.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the error.”
How To Fix Msacm32.dll Errors
1) You should first attempt to fix the standard Windows system settings that your computer needs to run. To do this, you can use an in-built feature called “sfc” inside the Windows command prompt to basically refresh all the dll files on your PC and make them like new. This is the most effective way to resolve the msacm32.dll error.
2) If step 1 fails to work, you should then look at replacing the msacm32.dll file yourself on your system. This can be done relatively easily by first downloading this file from the Internet and then putting it into the C:\Windows\System32 folder. This will replace the file and prevent any of the “missing” or “corrupt” errors from appearing.
3) You should also look to clean out any viruses that you might have on your system. Viruses are a big problem for Windows as they continually infect your computer and then make any of the.dll files you have corrupt or damaged. You should use an antivirus program to scan through your PC and remove any of the infections that are inside it.
4) Finally, you will also want to scan through your computer with a “registry cleaner”. These are tools which scan through the registry database of Windows and fix any of the damaged or corrupt settings that are inside it. Hardly anyone knows about this, but the registry is actually a big part of the many DLL errors that Windows gets – as it contains a large list of all the DLL files on your PC. Unfortunately, this list is constantly being damaged & corrupted, leading your computer to be unable to read the files it needs, leading to the mscam32.dll & other dll errors you might see. To fix this, it’s recommended you use a ‘registry cleaner’ to scan through your PC and fix any of the damaged or corrupted settings that are inside it.

What to Do When You Encounter Blue Screen and DLL Errors ?
Monday, May 24th, 2010
Windows blue screens are actually error message display on Windows operating systems. These are colloquially referred to as the – Windows blue screens of death – because the error that the screen displays is usually a fatal system error, which requires a complete overhaul of the software. Windows blue screens can be caused by several problems, including data error from abrupt power loss, an illegal operation happening on the computer (such as those performed by viruses), or DLL errors, which are most common of all. Blue screens happen only in the rarest of situations, but when it does, it has to be treated seriously even if the computer restarts after the blue screen. Not getting the computer inspected can lead to more serious problems in the future.
DLL, or downloadable link libraries, contain shared information that allow several systems or tasks to function in the computer. When these DLL files are moved, removed, or accidentally altered, a DLL error message is displayed, or the computer may even fail to boot properly. Common causes of DLL errors are:
Deleting of a shared DLL file when a program is un-installed.Overwriting of existing DLL file from updated drivers.Hardware concerns, such as low disk space, low ram, or BIOS settings.System problems on everything from system registry to documents to hive files.Software defect due to pirated copy, viruses, etc.
When un-installing a program, make sure to include – do not delete shared DLL files – in the settings. Update hardware with higher memory and RAM capabilities. Download a secure and through antivirus program. A registry cleaner that will run up a startup can automatically detect DLL errors and other things so that these will be fixed even before the problem starts.
Even the most advanced computer users can feel anxiety and stress when he gets to encounter any of the blue screens or DLL error messages. It’s a good idea to always have a separate hard drive where personal files can be stored. That way, these files will not be deleted once the system really needs to be reinstalled.

Prevent DLL Errors with Registry Cleaning Programs Easily!
Monday, May 24th, 2010
These DLL Files are essential components in running Microsoft operating systems. In simple explanation, the appliances inside your house are similar to the work of your operating system. Hence, the pipes-fitting and electric sockets are the DLL files. Once these pipes and sockets are broke, then be surprised. Many DLL errors will appear to your computer.
When the windows were installed to your computer, thousands of DLL files are installed too. They are used habitually by different applications. Sometimes, these applications need to be specified from its version. If they are not recognized, then errors will occur.
There is a worse DLL error called DLL Hell. This is not common to those new versions of Windows 2000 and onwards. This error is a cycle where two applications each load has its own version of common DLL. This is a confusing error for neither of them recognizes or uses the version from the other. It is incredibly frustrating and difficult to diagnose. It is usually find with device drivers, and was a deadly DLL error when you installed a new hardware.
The most common DLL error is a missing DLL file. If that happens, try to Google the file name and put it in the appropriate directory. This directory is a Windows Library. Some related errors are disabled files. Some viruses and Trojans will trigger missing DLL errors, too.
Don’t get scared when these errors appear. As mentioned, write down the errors and search it through Google. You may find it easier for older version to retrieve them. But for unavoidable problems, it is advisable to take advantage of those Registry Cleaner programs around the web. They will not only correct those errors but maintain your computer’s performance as possible. It is like you hired a plumber to fix those pipes and sockets inside your house. A worry free use of computer is highly appreciative.

Fix Registry Problems and DLL Errors With Registry Cleaners
Monday, May 24th, 2010
DLLs, or dynamic link libraries are a collection of individual building blocks for a program (a set of common commends that are used by many programs) that can be referred to in any of the registry files. DLLs are convenient because rather then repeating the same set of commands in each program on your computer (which can take up too much disc space), each program can refer to a DLL block to save space and time when programmers write the program. Think of it as a set of abbreviations. If your computer sees a DLL reference in one of the registry files, it knows that it needs to find the particular file and follow the directions there.
The problems begin when there is an error or a missing DLL file that is used by several programs. When Windows read the DLL reference in the registry, it looks for the corresponding DLL file. If the file is not found or if there is an error in the file, Windows does not know what to do next. You will typically receive some sort of a run time error (i. e. crashing, freezing etc.)
DLL errors can cause quite a bit of a commotion for registry files since most files contain DLL references. In order to correct the issue, the necessary DLLs have to be loaded correctly into the registry. DLL files can be damaged during installing or uninstalling programs, malware attacks or erasing of the file by accident. This type of problem can be detected by a good registry cleaner and the corrupt files can be removed. Other files can be restored by downloading the program you needed again.
To find a good registry cleaner you will need to do some research. A good cleaner should be appropriate for your Windows version, easy to use and is made by a well-known, well reputed company. Your cleaner of choice should be able to detect and remove DLL errors quickly and accurately.
In sum, if you use a registry cleaner to maintain your Windows registry, your computer will run smoothly and be free of errors, be it DLL or other registry-related errors.

The Best Windows Registry Repair
Thursday, May 20th, 2010
Windows is famed for having a lot of errors within the ‘registry.’ This is a central part of your computer which stores settings and options for your computer… but is also one of the main causes of many common computer problems. Fortunately, you can use a registry repair tool to fix these quite easily – the only problem is that there are so many of these tools that it’s difficult to know which one is the best.
The fact is that although there are a lot of these tools out on the Internet, they are all designed to do more or less the same job. They work to scan through the registry database and fix any of the damaged or corrupted settings that are inside there. They do this by opening every setting that your PC has and then trying to determine if it’s damaged or corrupted; fixing any of the ones that it positively identifies.
Unfortunately, many registry repair tools do not do their job very well. In fact, most of the tools out there can cause a lot more damage than good to your PC. This is because many registry repair utilities are produced by amateur coders in their garage – and do not have the advanced technology inside that allows them to identify the most issues on your PC. We’ve found that many cleaners are so poor at identifying the registry issues inside Windows that they try and delete many “healthy” registry files, causing all sorts of damage to your system.
To avoid any further damage, and to make your PC run faster and smoother, you need to use a registry repair tool that can fix all the potential issues that Windows will have inside the registry. The cleaners which can do this are typically the ones which have been developed by professional companies, as they have the time and resources it takes to make these tools highly effective. To keep your PC on the safe side, you also need to use a tool that has a backup facility – to protect it against any of the accidental issues that will be caused by your PC.
We have been using these tools for a long time and have found one called “Registry Repair” works the best. This tool is very effective and has been able to find the most problems on our test computers since we’ve been using it.

Reinstalling Windows to Fix a Persistent Problem? – STOP! – These Options Are Much Better!
Thursday, May 20th, 2010
When your home or business tech guy tells you that your computer needs to be reformatted and reinstalled in order to resolve a persistent system performance, virus, or spyware issue, don’t immediately accept this as the only option. Reinstallation should be the absolute last resort after you’ve been satisfied that all the available tests and remedies have been exhausted. Not only is reinstallation option time-consuming, but in many situations it is not necessary.
Here’s how to keep your tech guy on his toes, and earning his keep. Demand definite confirmation for your techie that the following steps have been attempted:
If the computer crashes or hangs regularly and often shows a blue screen (the infamous Blue Screen of Death, or BSOD), confirm whether the techie has attempted a Windows System Restore. Unlike a full reinstallation that can take hours, the System Restore process will often revert the computer to a point in time just before the problem started, taking only minutes to run. If the same virus continues to plague your computer no matter how often the techie attempts to remove it with a virus scanner, confirm whether he disabled Windows System Restore before running the virus scan. Viruses will often hide in the System Restore files, so System Restore should always be disabled before trying to eradicate a persistent virus. The process of disabling will delete the old System Restore files (and potentially the virus), and re-enabling after a good virus cleaning will recreate a pristine set of system files.
If persistent spyware is your problem (pop-ups, web-page redirects, etc.), confirm that the techie has already tried standard Windows utility tools to address the problem. If overall system performance degradation is the issue, confirm that the techie has tried standard Windows utility tools referenced above. Oftentimes, a performance issue is due to a corrupt windows log-on profile. The log-on profile is the personal user account that you use to log into Windows. By creating a new log-on profile, making a few software application tweaks, and copying your data files from the old one to the new profile, your techie might be able to resolve the performance issue. You will need to confirm that this step was considered, or attempted. If, after attempting all the relevant steps above, it becomes necessary to do a Windows reinstallation, insist that the techie does a Repair, or “in-place” Windows reinstallation. An “in-place” reinstallation is not only quicker, but it keeps the current file system format intact, thereby making it unnecessary to spend extra time running a data backup.
If time is money in your home or organization, then you certainly can’t afford to be without the use of your computer for a long time. Minimize your downtime by being proactive with your tech support, whether it’s someone from your IT Dept., an independent consultant, or a service company like Tee Support. Running through the remedies above with your tech support, will go a long way in saving you time and aggravation.

How to Choose the Best Windows Registry Cleaner to Fix Your Registry Errors?
Thursday, May 20th, 2010
There are many Windows registry repair tools out on the Internet, but only a handful of these utilities are able to fix your PC in the best way. It’s important that you are able to use the best tool on your PC as any inferior programs could easily damage and cause irreparable problems on your system. This article is going to detail how these utilities work and what you need to look out for to pick the best one.
Choosing a registry repair tool starts with its effectiveness at cleaning out the errors on your PC. These tools have all been designed to do one job – to scan through the ‘registry database’ and fix any of the issues that are corrupting it. The registry is basically a central storage facility for all the settings on your PC and is used constantly by your computer. Because its used so much, many computers end up getting confused & saving many of the important registry settings in the wrong way.
You need to use the tool that can find and fix the highest number of registry errors that are causing problems on your computer. Many of the lower quality tools are not able to do this very well – because they only look for empty registry settings. The best tools will be able to identify 15+ different types of error, allowing for a higher number of problems to be fixed… better repairing the registry
The best registry cleaner also needs to be able to protect your computer from any damage that might accidentally be caused by a scan. Registry tools have a delicate job – and removing the wrong file could lead your computer to not boot up. This means that if you want to use the best cleaner, you really need to get a tool that has a backup facility built-in to the software. This will protect your system and prevent any further damage from occurring should any accidents happen.
Getting a registry cleaner to fix your PC can be one of the most beneficial things you do. But you need to make sure it can find the most errors on your computer and then remove them safely. We’ve been using a lot of these tools and have found that one called “Registry Repair” has all of these qualities. Registry Repair is created by a professional utility company in 2006 who has continued to keep it as up-to-date as possible, allowing it to fix a large number of errors on any system.

Fix Windows 7 Boot Problem – Make Windows 7 Run Faster at Startup
Thursday, May 20th, 2010
A slow startup problem may be a headache for all PC users. In my opinion, no one wants to stay there, seeing the computer booting extremely slow without doing anything. After using Windows 7 for some time, I find that we can make Windows 7 run faster with some rather simple tricks.
First, increase Windows 7 boot speed. To fix slow Windows 7 boot problem, first please press “[WIN] +R” to open Run window, and select “Timeout” tab within “Boot”. If you have installed Windows operating system, you can set it to 3s from the default 30s; if you install multiple operating systems, set the value to the desired seconds you would like to have at boot time and then check “No GUI Boot” tab. Last, please click “Advanced Options” to set the “Number of processors” according to your computer configuration. After the simple setting here, you will see an improvement on Windows 7 boot speed.
Second, disable Prefetcher to make Windows 7 run faster when starting it up. We know that the default prefetcher setting is to optimize application loading times, but it results in file-searching actions, which slows down Windows 7 at startup. So we can disable it to ensure a faster startup. Just press “[WIN] +R” to open Run window and type “regedit” to open Registry Editor, locate
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSessionManagerMemory ManagementPrefetchParameters and right click “PrefetchParameters” on the left-hand side, change its value data from “3″ to “0″.
Third, to speed up Windows 7 at startup, a simple disk defragmentation can not be missed. We know that when booting up computers or run a program, it will call for some related data. If the files are too fragmented, it will take more time for hard disk head to move too much to reach what it needs like finding stuff from a messy warehouse. To ensure a faster startup, a regular disk defragment process is needed. By the way, it is recommended to uninstall the unneeded programs and clear the useless files before.
Forth, optimize Windows registry. When booting up the computer, the system will read the registry for associated data and then temporarily store the in RAM. If the registry is too bloated or there are too many useless registry items existing, it will consume more time on this process. Seriously, this will result in system sluggishness, random freezing-up or crashes So to make Windows 7 run faster at startup, it is highly recommended to run a registry cleaner to optimized Windows registry, making it always clean and compact.

My Computer Makes Me Crazy
Monday, May 17th, 2010
A few months ago, a friend bought a new computer because his old one was too slow. I offered to take a look at it and he said, no. It’s beyond help. Besides he wanted a new spiffy computer anyway.
Within a matter of weeks, he was growling about the dreadful new computer and how much he hated Windows Vista. He asked me to come over and get that pesky Vista off his computer and install XP. I went and took a look at his computer.
I bet you know what the problem was. On his new computer he was going to the same favorite places that he went to on the old computer. The antivirus program definitions were out of date. So the threats he was encountering on the old computers were now being invited to enter his new system.
They were not hugely dreadful viruses that he was letting in but minor worms, spyware, and adware. Picture the problem like what would happen if you poured grease down your drain and then let some coffee grinds and carrot peeling follow the grease. Your sink would drain slower and slower and slower until it just stopped draining altogether.
The sink solution is easy – you buy a drain cleaner of some sort and let it do its magic and dissolve the sludge and soon your drain is clean and fast just like the old days. For the computer, there are precautions you can take but if you don’t, there are programs that let you clean it up so it is like new. The speed will surprise you.
